How can you help with the parenting of baby hamsters?

well I'm not totally sure but my neighbours brought some up, u have to split the mother and father up cos the father will harm the babies, and not touch the baby's at all till they are bout three weeks old x even if they look like their all fight in and u jus wan2 pick them up xxx jus make sure they have a box where they all can play together, my neighbours babys when they were 2 weeks played on the wheel how cute!!!
